THE Kedah Civil Service (KCS) team affirmed their superiority over their federal counterparts for the fourth year running in the annual boat regatta held in conjunction with the Kedah Sultan’s 82nd birthday celebration.
They once again triumphed over the Federal Administrative Service (PTD) in the longboat race this year which was held along the Kedah River at the Tanjong Chali waterfront in Alor Setar last Wednesday.
