IT has been three weeks since the demolition of some buildings, including the former Modestos Bistro in Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur, but the rubble has not been completely cleared.
The huge pile of rubble is not only inviting many scrap metal dealers, but is also an eyesore to the business community in the area.
