MOST councils have used the RM100,000 allocated to them for buying rubbish bins, landscaping, repairing and cleaning drains as well as implementing cleanliness programmes.
Following a report in The Star “Makeover for dirty zones” which appeared on May 11, the public had wanted to know how these funds were utilised under the Clean Zone programme.
