A RESIDENT in Taman Wawasan 3, Puchong, is upset with Tenaga Nasional Berhad’s (TNB) recent move to change her billing, which she said has resulted in her paying for more than her actual usage.
The resident, who wanted to be identified as May, said the bill code for her previous bills had stated “N” (actual bill reading), but her bill for June had stated “O” (estimated bill at TNB office).
