Of vagabonds, beggars and low-cost housing

THE Penang Welfare Department together with state executive councillor Phee Boon Poh had gone to the ground to nab beggars and vagabonds, Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said.

He said the beggars and vagabonds were told to start afresh and not roam around the streets begging.
