SOME 2,000 Amway distributors and guests ushered in a new chapter for Amway Malaysia recently when their RM100mil headquarters in Petaling Jaya was opened by Domestic Trade, Cooperative and Consumerism Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
Chairman of Amway Malaysia’s parent company Alticor Inc, Steve Van Andel said: “We entered the Malaysian market in 1976 with expectations of doing well in this region. In retrospect, that was an understatement. Malaysia is now one of the top 10 affiliates globally and continues to be stronger year after year.”
