PLENITUDE Heights Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Plenitude Bhd, has officially launched its Bayu Ferringhi semi-detached homes in Batu Ferringhi, Penang, in a grand ceremony which also featured Singaporean iconic comedian — Phua Chu Kang — a zany contractor famously played by Gurmit Singh.
Wearing his distinctive pair of yellow boots with curly hair and a large mole, Phua accompanied Plenitude Bhd executive chairman Elsie Chua for the ribbon cutting ceremony recently at the project’s show unit before taking a tour of its beautifully designed and furnished interiors.
