THE Selangor State Sports Council (MSNS) and the Selangor Cycling Association (SCA) joint development programme has been successful.
According to coach Mohd Yazif Jamaludin, the cyclists, all students of SMK Seksyen 11, Selangor’s sports school, had shown tremendous progress in the last 12 months.
