A WEDDING gown made from 300 balloons was the star attraction at a masquerade party organised by the Perak Society of Performing Arts (PSPA) at the Impiana Casuarina Hotel in Ipoh.
The bridal masterpiece was worn by model May Foong Chee Mei in a fashion show held during the function last Friday.
