THE emergence of numerous potholes along major roads on Penang island and Seberang Prai after almost every downpour is becoming a major hazard to road users besides causing bumpy rides.
These ‘craters’ and shallow depressions has raised questions about the quality of workmanship and materials used in resurfacing roads.
