1,000 lowcost houses to be completed in Sarawak

MIRI: The building of 1,000 low cost houses will be completed in Sarawak under the People’s Housing Scheme in the next 18 months, said Sarawak Housing Minister Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Openg.

He said the Sarawak government had received a RM100 million allocation from the Federal Government for this and that the housing projects would be implemented in Kuching, Miri and Bintulu.
