THE Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ) has declared war on the illegal foreign traders and stall operators in Kampung Pandan Dalam, Ampang.
The MPAJ has received numerous complaints from the people on foreigners manning the shops without licences, misuse of property and nuisance posed by them.
