THE Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) is all set to declare war on illegal billboards, posters, buntings, banners and telecommunication towers in the city.
Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Ahmad Fuad Ismail said the Housing and Local Government Ministry’s Town and Country Planning Department had finalised a set of guidelines to be used as a reference for all billboard applications and approvals for local authorities nationwide.
