Groups shocked over resignation

SEVERAL non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and residents associations have expressed shock over state executive councillor Elizabeth Wong’s decision to resign over the circulation of revealing photographs of her.

The leaders of these NGOs and residents associations feel that Wong was a victim of a vicious attack on her personal and private life.
