THE Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) launched a blitz yesterday against illegal banners, bunting, posters and wall bills by sending 133 enforcement officers to remove them at the various nooks and crannies of the city.
MBPJ enforcement department head Mohd Fauzi Maarop led the officers to scour the areas from 10am to midnight.
