THE introduction of the e-info kiosk — a new service product by the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) supposedly to improve service has not gone down well with consumers as well as people whose livelihood depend on helping their business clients obtain corporate information.
Many were not happy with the fact that they would have to pay extra once the system goes live on Jan 1.
