A DEEPAVALI carnival is being held in Plaza Warisan shopping centre in Kuala Lumpur for the first time.
The carnival is a one-stop shopping centre that features 33 booths run by local businessmen, offering an array of items for the Festival of Lights that range from furniture to Indian sweets. It will be on until Oct 26.
