‘Selera Kampung’ will be the theme highlight for this year’s Ramadan Buffet Dinner spread at Wild Rice Restaurant in Boulevard Hotel, Mid Valley. The menu will encompass traditional kampung-style dishes, along with favourite Western, Indian and Chinese cuisines with over 60 types of dishes every day, with seven rotating menus, ranging from refreshing appetisers, fresh salads and authentic hot dishes to satisfying desserts. From the appetisers, head to the mains which has Ayam Perchik Kelantan, Ketam Gulai Lemak Nenas, Udang Masak Sambal Petai, Kari Kepala Ikan, Kambing Gulai Kawah, Terung Masak Udang Kering, Rendang Tok and Udang Galah Tandoori among others. Two specials are the Roasted Whole Lamb and Vegetable Briyani Rice.
The buffet is priced at RM75.00 nett (adult) and RM38.00 nett (children below 12 years old).
