THE Selangor government has warned factories causing excessive pollution to either toe the line or face being asked to wind up operations.
This warning comes after several residents in eight housing areas in Balakong – Taman Balakong Jaya, Bukit Gita Bayu, Taman Puncak Utama, Country Heights, Pearl Court, Desa Serdang, Desa Karun Mas and Taman Budiman – blamed the relevant authorities for not taking action against the factories although they have brought up the issue several times in the past.
