WHEN K.B. Tan opened his Dragon Dynasty Restaurant about five months ago, he vowed to provide value for money to the customers who walked through the door.
The eatery, with its oriental decor, serves dim sum, roasted items, porridge, noodles, rice, steamed soup and vegetables, and Tan insisted that the food was reasonably priced without the ingredients being compromised.
