THE Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) has implemented a zero plastic bag culture among its staff.
According to MPSJ president Datuk Adnan Mohd Ikhsan, the move is part of its contribution to the state government’s effort in the greening of the environment and reducing the global warming effect.
