THERE is a need for a more holistic approach to understand the Kuala Lumpur City Plan 2020, according to a town planner.
Norliza Hashim, the managing director of AJM Planning, the main consultant hired by the DBKL, said this during a three-hour briefing for the media at the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) complex in Jalan Raja Laut yesterday.
