A 0.61ha plot of vacant land at Jalan Bandar Dua, Pusat Bandar Puchong, has caused controversy between the residents and developer SP Setia Bhd as each has different intentions on how to utilise the space.
Pusat Bandar Puchong Residents Association president Awies Ung said he was assured that there were plans to build a car park there.
