THE Safe City Programme, which had helped to reduce the crime index in Sungai Petani, will be expanded to three other districts in Kedah.
Kedah deputy police chief Senior Assistant Comm ll Datuk Asri Yusof said the three districts were Kulim, Kota Star and Kubang Pasu.
