THE Penang Chinese Chamber of Commerce (PCCC) has thanked the state government for appointing two PCCC representatives as municipal councillors.
Its president Datuk Khor Teng Tong said the appointment reflected the state government’s recognition of the chamber’s contribution to development in the state.
