TRINIDAD cigar store opened its doors at the city’s Pavilion shopping mall recently and the most eye-catching decor that a tobacco lover will notice is a poster of former Cuban leader Fidel Castro puffing his favourite cigar.
Launched by Cuban ambassador Carlos A Amores to coincide with Cuba’s national day, the company’s managing director Naresh Mohan said cigars were often associated with the finer things in life. They are a symbol of success and represent the Cuban identity.
