THE Petaling Jaya Municipal Council has not approved the development of a proposed 33-storey building in Damansara Jaya.
Housing and Local Government Ministry secretary-general Datuk Ahmad Fuad Ismail said the project had not fulfilled certain requirements and that the residents views must be considered.
