THE new traffic lights at 3 1/2 mile Jalan Ipoh for traffic entering or exiting Persiaran Parkview is disrupting smooth flow of traffic along Jalan Ipoh in the mornings as it is too close to an existing set of lights.
Consequently, vehicles coming out of Jalan St.Thomas and Jalan Vethavanam are virtually trapped, thus creating a long queue on these roads.
