RENAISSANCE Kuala Lumpur Hotel has delicate dumplings to look forward to each Sunday. At the Dynasty Chinese Restaurant, chef Tan Kim Weng and his talented team cook up a range of dim sum offerings that will surely whet your appetite. Dim sum like Barbequed Roasted Pork Buns, Steamed Chicken Feet with Kidney Beans, Steamed Spare Ribs with Pumpkin and Rice Flour Rolls with Scallops are the chef's recommendations. There are lighter options like Shark's Fin Dumpling in Ginseng Soup, Pan-fried Shanghai Chive Dumpling and Prawn & Mango Rolled with Oat. The Sunday dim sum is available from 9am to 3pm, priced from RM6.50 to RM28 per serving. On other days, dim sum is available from noon to 2.30pm.
