Three new parole offices will be opened in Penang by July 1 before the release of the first batch of 90 parolees.
State parole director Rosoman Abu Bakar said 11 personnel who would be stationed at the offices in southwest, north Seberang Prai and south Seberang Prai districts, were now undergoing training programmes.
