The Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) had no ill intention when it wrote to the residents zone committees proposing that they helped the council’s enforcement team’s efforts to eradicate illegal shrines, said councillor Awtar Singh.
He said this in response to StarMetro’s report on Oct 19 that MPSJ had proposed that residents zone committees help them to monitor illegal shrines erected in their zones.
