PUSPAKOM should inform the relevant authorities when public buses fail safety checks, said Deputy Entrepreneur and Co-operative Development Minister Datuk Khamsiyah Yeop.
She said Puspakom should alert the police, the Commercial Vehicle Licensing Board (CVLB), and the Road Transport Department (JPJ) when vehicles fail safety inspections so that necessary action could be taken to impound vehicles that were not roadworthy.
