FACTORY owners have been reminded to apply for land use conversion before the end of August if they want to enjoy speedy processing, a waiver on penalties and a 50% discount on the land premium.
Selangor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad Khir Toyo said the state government opened its three-month offer to factories operating on agriculture, residential or commer-cial land from early June and would not entertain requests for discounts after it expires.
