Dr P. Ganesan, 36, claimed he suffered losses and damages as a result of the summons filed by plaintiffs K. Puvaneswarry, 22, her parents and four siblings against him.
Dr Ganesan was accompanied by his counsel R.S.N. Rayer when he filed his counterclaim and statement of defence at the High Court registrar at Northam Tower, Penang at 2pm yesterday.
