IT IS the best and for the second time around, too that Mont’Kiara Palma condominium has been named the best. For the recognition, it won prizes, which comprised a challenge trophy, RM4,000, certificate and a medal plate from the Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Hakim Borhan at a recent award presentation at the DBKL Auditorium.
