PENANG: Vice operators have been warned by the police to cease their operations immediately or face action under the Restricted Residence Enactment.
George Town OCPD Asst Comm Azam Abd Hamid said police were hot on the heels of vice operators in the district following the successful clampdown on illegal video gaming arcades which had since been closed down.
