BALING: An unemployed was sentenced to two years’ jail and fined RM5,000 by the magistrate’s court here after he was found guilty of dangerous driving.
Magistrate Badrul Munir Mohd Hamdy, in convicting M. Raju, 32, said the prosecution had pro-ven its case beyond reasonable doubt.
