BUTTERWORTH: Forty-six foreig-ners were detained for overstaying and other offences in 16 places on the island.
State Immigration Department en-forcement division chief Basri Has-san said the foreigners, who inclu-ded 31 women, were detained in a four-hour raid which began at 10am yesterday.
