RESIDENTS of Block 352 of the Macallum Street Ghaut flats in Penang have been urged not to use one of the two lifts in the 21-storey block.
Pengkalan Kota assemblyman Lee Hack Teik said some of the lift's parts had been found to be worn out during a spot check by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) on Dec 15.
