ALOR STAR: A doctor and his mother pleaded not guilty in a magistrate’s court here for giving false statements over an inheritance claim six years ago.
Dr Shah Mahal Khan Jamal Din, 44, and his mother, Habiban Bibi Bahadur Khan, 70, were alleged to have given false statements to claim Jamal Din Najar Din’s inheritance at the Kedah Land and Minerals Department office on Dec 13, 2000.
