TWENTY fresh graduates are invited to undergo one-year intensive training to acquire on-the-job experience aimed at making them attractive to prospective employers.
The graduates will be part of Industrial Skills Enhancement Programme jointly organised by semiconductor wafer factory SilTerra Malaysia Sdn Bhd (SilTerra) and Penang Skills Development Centre (PSDC).
