HARDWORK and sheer diligence in studies paid-off for 33 students from 11 schools in Rawang when Lafarge Malayan Cement (LMC) recognised their efforts and achievements through the Academic Excellence Awards programme while another 74 students from needy families were granted bursaries.
These deserving students received a total of 74 bursaries worth RM400 to RM500 each and 33 excellence awards in the form of cash and certificates at the LMC Academic Excellence Awards & Bursaries Day ceremony held at LMC Rawang Plant’s Clubhouse recently.
