THE Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) were not privy to the state government’s decision to privatise all billboards on state land to Swasta Bestari Sdn Bhd for the next 30 years.
MBPJ mayor Datuk Ahmad Termizi Puteh said the report on the monopoly, which was published in an English daily yesterday, was unfounded.
