Multi-purpose centre to help addicts reform


KUANTAN: A multi-purpose centre will be set up in Kuala Pahang, Pekan, by the end of this year as part of the efforts by a non-governmental org-anisation (NGO) for its anti-drug abuse programme. 

The proposed centre is to be located in one of the fishing villages which is known to have serious drug-related problems since 1970s.
