THE body of a dead man, believed to be an Indonesian, was found in a garbage bin in Taman Tun Hussein, Seberang Jaya.
Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) garbage collectors found the body while on their rounds near Block U of a five-storey block of flats at 7.35am yesterday.
