PLANS are afoot to turn Baling district in Kedah into a large-scale orchard in the northern region for growing and exporting tropical fruits.
Deputy Tourism Minister Datuk Donald Lim Siang Chai said he would come up with a proposal to fully tap the potential in Baling.
