Bus commuters in Penang have been urged to fill in report cards to help monitor the new integrated public bus system implemented a month ago.
The distribution of report cards is the latest effort by Citizens for Public Transport (Cepat) and Bus Users Group (BUG) in getting the people's feedback on the bus services.
