Kuala Lumpur City Hall and the Federal Territories Ministry are studying guidelines to be drawn up with regard to enforcing a ruling against indecent behaviour in public areas.
Deputy Federal Territories Minister Datuk Wira Abdul Seman Yusop said while both parties were still looking into the matter, they wanted to reserve their comments in response to Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Seri Ong Ka Ting’s comments on what constituted indecent behaviour.
