IPOH: A High Court judge expressed his dissatisfaction over the case of a carpenter who had been convicted last October for drug possession although the charge was defective.
Justice V. T. Singham took issue with the amended charge against Teong Chin Huat, 44, which stated that he had been in possession, or in custody, or in control of 0.16gm of heroin.
