Getting creative with lamb dishes


SENIOR sous chef Lau Yeou Shin believes lamb has much to offer to Japanese cuisine although it is rarely used because the livestock is uncommon in Japan. 

Lau recently featured four of his lamb dishes creations as a preview to this month's promotion at the Gen Japanese Restaurant of The Legend Hotel.
